IELTS Postal Applications

Postal applications - please follow these instructions:

  1. Download and complete the IELTS Test Application Form. Keep the Notice to Candidates section as it contains important information.
  2. Download and complete the credit card form:
    For applications sent to Mt Lawley, use this form
    For applications sent to Joondalup, use this form

    3. Alternatively, purchase a money order from Australia Post and make it payable to PIBT.

  3. Download the and complete the checklist.
  4. Ensure your photos meet the requirements as listed on the Information Flyer and application form. You will be required to provide new photos if they do not meet the standards listed.
    Sign the back of the photos.
  5. Ensure your signature on the application matches your passport otherwise provide an additional copy of your signature i.e. driver's license, credit card.
  6. Send the application form plus all required documents to the JOONDALUP IELTS test centre:
