A facilitator. Students need to collaborate with each other.

Computer Security and Networking for the Diploma of Computing/IT. I am also a Course Coordinator for the Diplomas of Computing/IT, Engineering and Health Studies.

What do you like most about the subjects?

I really enjoy the subjects I teach. I love discussing and analysing the current computing environment with students.

I love living near the ocean.

How would you describe your teaching style?

My teaching aims to be student-centred with students improving their skills in real life situations.

What else can you tell us about yourself?

I enjoy spending quality time with my family which is very important to me. I also love exercising my greyhound.

Build friendly relationships with the staff at the university, including your lecturers, the IT Support staff, the library staff and everyone you come into contact with.

How would you describe your teaching style?

Engaging and interactive. I make an effort to get to know my students.

I enjoy classical/Spanish guitar, flamenco dancing and boogie boarding.

Students discovering new things about their personality and their interaction styles, which is a very exciting process!

I believe in creating an environment where students are encouraged to express themselves freely, while maintaining respect for others.

I love Asian food - the spicier, the better!
